this morning in court a little old lady, probably about 80 years old, approached the bench. i listened carefully to hear what she could possibly be charged with. turns out she was there for shoplifting, get this, sponges and kool-aid. that bitch of a judge gave this poor woman a day in jail to learn her lesson AND made her cry.
and now i’m left with a $200 fine and disappointment in the way “justice” was served.
